Orders are produced and printed on demand. Print Orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days. Framed orders are dispatched in 5-10 working days. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the product and location of your order. Estimated delivery dates are on a best-endeavors basis.
Depending on the location of you order will depend on the shipping company. Our system automatically routes it to the fulfillment center nearest to you for printing, packing and shipping, resulting in shorter shipping distances, faster delivery times and less environmental impact. With produce in the UK, USA & Germany to guarantee no extra customs charges. Though Customs duties may apply ONLY to bespoke hand made frames or bespoke mounting when being delivered into the EU.
Non-returnable products: Custom-made prints and frames.
Our policy is to provide our customers with the highest of quality. All our prints and frames are made to order, which means they are printed only when you place an order. Therefore, we do not provide refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part with your order or your order arrives damaged.

Damage
On the rare occasion, your products may be damaged in transit by our shipping partners, please contact us as soon as it arrives (no more than 48 hours after receiving), with clear details of the damage including photographs of the product and packaging. We will asses and evaluate to make a decision to make it right.
